Return Policy and products replacement
RVL Online Shop wants to thank all its customers. We know this goal is difficult to achieve and there will alwaysbe customers who would like to return items purchased from us, maybe because they didn’t choose the right size or not they simply didn’t fit the pattern. We understand all these issues and we would like to help those of you, who for one reason or another, would like to return the goods.
The Return Conditions are:
- 1.Giving products purchased without giving any reason, the law distance selling (Government Ordinance no. 130/2000)
- If the product ordered is not what you wanted, you can return it for exchange or refund counter product (less shipping costs) within a period of 10 working days from the date of acquisition, without giving any reason and without penalty.
Steps for Returner product:
- 1.Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 0731,137,034 to announce the return.
- 2.Wrap the products you want to return - the product must be in original packaging and original label attached
- 3.Send to a courier company, the Romanian Post parcel or you can bring the products to the headquarters staff SC Ravioli Design SRL: stradela Uzinei, Nr. 2A, C1, Iasi.
The expenses for the returning products shall be borne by the customer!
Refund of the returned product will be made within 30 days of Return IBAN bank transfer in the envelope provided or by courier.
Products returned, and their packaging (where applicable, ex. boxes / sachets for shoes / jewelry) must be in the same condition in which they were delivered, without traces of usage. The package in which you must return the product also contains product labels intact.
If the product is returned in a condition that can not be sold, we reserve the right to require a fee to repair it (if possible).
- 2.Products that has been damaged or faulty upon receipt / reception
- We do our best products to be delivered free of defects. But in case you receive a defective product, all you have to do is contact the team RVL Online Shop (phone: 0731,137,034, address: stradela Uzinei, Nr. 2 A, Iasi, email: email@example.com) and we will replace the product. Transport costs for product return and replacement shall be borne by RVL Online Shop. For products whose packages shows visible damage courier receipt, we recommend you refuse their reception.
- 3.Goods delivered wrong
- If you have been delivered another product than ordered, please notify as soon as this to return the product and replaced with the correct one. Return procedure starts all by communicating via email or phone prior to the problem. All transport costs and return the product correctly will be borne by RVL Online Shop. If the ordered product turns out not to be as specified in our offer, you can return the product for replacement or full refund of the consideration. If they agree to replace it with a product of greater value, you pay the difference, ie if the value is lower, you will receive a partial refund to the value of the product replacement. Transport costs for product return and replacement, if any, shall be borne by RVL Online Shop.
- General Remarks – Damage to products or putting them in a state of improper sales leads to denial of return.
- For reasons of hygiene products in the "Lingerie" category may not be returned.
