How to buy?
BUY PRODUCTS
Adding products is done by clicking the "Add To Cart" existing right of each product page for details.
After adding the product to cart, you can continue shopping, or to complete that order. If you change your mind before pressing ordering, you can remove it from your shopping cart products no longer wish to purchase.
To place your order you must do the following:
1.Click "Checkout".
2.2. You may log into your account on the site www.rvlshop.ro using e-mail and password at registration. After logging in and adding products to cart, confirm your order by pressing button "Send order".
3.3. If you do not have an account you can create a new account, or you can continue without registering command by pressing the "Login as a guest". In the next step you will need to provide contact information, billing address and the shipping and choose payment method (currently is accepted only cash on delivery). After completing all of the above information click the "Submit Order".
A command is successfully completed when it is displayed (and sent by e-mail) corresponding invoice of your order. When processing the order, you will be contacted by telephone to confirm your data. Sending package will be only after confirmation by phone order. If, within 3 working days to process your order by SC RAVIOLI SRL, we have no confirmation of this phone, the order is canceled.
If you have already placed your order you can send an email with any changes to the office@rvlshop.ro within 12 hours, but after you have already confirmed your order by telephone by our consultant
Phone orders: Select the desired products from RVL Shop online store and call the phone number 0731137034, Monday to Friday between 9-17. A consultant will take over your data.
Order by e-mail: Send an e-mail with the desired product names and codes, as well as your contact details and delivery address office@rvlshop.ro. A consultant will contact you to confirm the order and data, and for clarification of any other details.
DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS
Delivery of your order is by courier to the address entered in the shipping address.
Shipping charges are:
- for orders to the value below 100 RON - shipping fee is 25 RON
- for orders to the value of between 100 - 299.9 RON - shipping fee is 15 RON
- for orders to the value of 300 RON - TRANSPORT FREE (for quests in localities mention below)
The package will be shipped in 1-5 days from the time your order processing period reaching up to 10 days in the case of products made to order. Processing your orders is possible from Monday to Friday between 9-17.
IMPORTANT: If you wish to receive the package in another city than those listed below, please contact us to request sender address. In this case, the courier company will charge in addition to the above costs, a fee of 0.80 RON for each additional km outside the distribution network.

ORDER PAYMENT
All prices include VAT. The final cost of the deal will include the value of the product ordered and transport.
It is currently accepted payment by cash or you will pay the amount corresponding to your order upon pick-up package.
ITEMS RETURNING
If you are not satisfied you can return the product received within 10 days of receipt of product, according to Romanian legislation, "the consumer is entitled to cancel the distance contract, within 10 working days without penalty and without giving any reason. The only costs that may be made to the consumer is the direct cost of returning the goods. "
In this case, the only condition is that the product is in the same condition in which it was delivered (to have tags attached, original packaging and documents accompanying him). Within 30 days of return, we will return the value of the order in your account or by money order. Return costs will be borne by the customer.
If the product suits the size of your order, you can return it and ask for another size, if it is available. We will immediately send the requested size, or if it is not available, you have the possibility to choose another product, and pay the difference in pay.
In all cases return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
